We started CondoPro because Edmonton condo boards kept running into the same problem: technical work that's easy to get wrong and expensive to get done. We built a company around getting it right, every time.

Our story

CondoPro Services Corp was founded in Edmonton to serve a gap that condo boards and property managers face constantly: fob systems, intercoms, and security footage requests that need a specialist, but rarely justify a full-time hire.

Today we work with condo corporations and management companies across the region, handling the technical side of building access so boards can focus on everything else.
